LEADERSHIP: The CEO demonstrates leadership of the organisation, the system and self. The CEO has consciously created a ‘leaderful’ organizational culture, where leadership is shared and promoted throughout the organisation. The CEO empowers organizational participants and stakeholders to make leadership contributions.
