Required formats:

Supporting documents: .pdf
Videos: .wmv, .mov (upload to a public or unlisted YouTube link and insert the link into your core submission document; include access password if protected)
Images: .jpg, .bmp (max file size for all documents: 10MB; min resolution for images: 300dpi)
